My career began in the U.S. military, where clarity, discipline, and structured execution weren’t optional — they were survival. That foundation shaped how I lead today. Over time, I transitioned into financial operations and enterprise program management, earning PgMP and PMP certifications and leading multi‑site, high‑impact programs.

Those experiences formed the backbone of RSA: principled leadership, structured development, and systems that scale.
